I am a planetary scientist, educator, fiction writer, and poet who has always been a fan of speculative art, including science fiction, fantasy, horror and the just plain weird. My website, Fictional Planet onewritersmind.blogspot.com is where I post about new projects, writing tips, art that catches my eye, and astronomy items of interest. My publications include a textbook about the inner planets, over three dozen poems, two short stories and a pile of scientific and educational papers and articles.
